MISSING SOMETHING LATELY?
Our lost and found has been growing! The items on the table in front of the office have been found here in the past several months. Please check the table if you have misplaced anything. Items will be moved to the big garage after July 30. Anything still there by September will become part of the Community Giveaway on Sept. 16.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SEARCH
Our current admin, Cindy Summers, submitted her resignation on June 20 with a final day of Aug. 31 (not leaving the church, just retiring from work). We are searching for her replacement who can work from 10 to 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be skilled at communication and organization, computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and comfortable learning a variety of other programs such as the administrator functions in CCB. One of the primary purposes is to provide administrative support for the ministerial team. Those interested should contact Kevin Stewart for more details about the position and how to apply.

DONATE THROUGH KROGER (NO EXTRA COST TO YOU)
An easy way to boost your donation to Withamsville church is through your Kroger Shopper’s Card. It’s part of the Kroger Community Rewards program and doesn’t affect fuel points or other rewards you currently earn. The church receives approximately $400 a year through the program; think what it could be if a few more people enrolled. Find information about the program and how to get started on Kroger’s website.

SUNDAY MORNING CLASSES – 9 a.m.
Adult Class – Don’t Give the Enemy a Seat at the Table – Steve Ferro, June 11-Aug. 27
In this class, we will unpack God’s plan on how to overcome the enemy’s lies and find peace and spiritual security in any circumstance or situation. God has set a table for you filled with a banquet of peace, clarity, and purpose. But Satan is constantly looking for an invitation, seeking to fill your mind with distractions, fear, worry, insecurity, anxiety, temptation, and doubt. By trusting God’s plan, we can keep Satan from taking a seat at our perfect table set by God.

College and Young Adults Class – 1 Timothy, Mike Gulley’s Office
Paul’s first letter to Timothy gives practical advice on leading, administrating, and pastoring the local church. The instructions in this letter apply to any leader or prospective leader of Christ’s church and are equally relevant today as they were in Paul’s day. For those not called into leadership roles in their church, the book is still practical. Every follower must contend for the faith and avoid false teaching. Every follower must stand firm and persevere.

This study is for our students grades 6-12. Sometimes it can feel like the messages the world is saying are so loud and consistent, it’s hard not to believe them. In this study, we will combat some of the lies we hear with what the truth of the Gospels says. This study is based on the book The Lies We Believe by Dr. Chris Thurman. More details here.
