WEDNESDAY EVENING NOVEMBER 24 – THANKSGIVING EVE, 7 P.M.
Join us for a special service on the night before Thanksgiving. Everyone will meet in the Fellowship Hall to sing songs of praise and give thanks for the many blessings we receive every day from our amazing God. Children will be dismissed for a special story and craft in the blue room.

CUMO CHRISTMAS STORE
We are collecting items for the CUMO Christmas Store through Wednesday, Dec. 8, so parents can shop at the Store on Saturday, Dec. 11. Do not wrap these gifts as parents will purchase these items at a greatly reduced cost. If there are price tags, please do not remove them. Here are some shopping suggestions.

GIVE AS YOU ARE ABLE
Contributions of all amounts are important to maintaining the body and for thanking the Lord for the blessings of your life. “Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you,” Romans 12:8. You can donate by dropping your cash or check in the contribution box on the communion table, mailing your check to the church, or giving online through CCB. Thank you for your generosity.

PRAYING FOR OUR CHURCH FAMILIES
Our prayer focus for November is around families, and our request is that you randomly remove a purple circle from the window of the elders’ office and pray for the family whose name is on the circle. Specific needs are not listed – pray as you like for the family’s general well-being and blessings.

THANK YOU CARDS
Please see the bulletin board in the lobby to read the most recent thank you cards sent to the congregation.

If you cannot join us in person this Sunday, please join through our YouTube livestream.

Thank you for clicking the “like” button in YouTube under each class and sermon. This is helping make our online outreach to the community more effective! Our attendance and contributions record can be found at the end of this email.

COMING EVENTS

SUNDAY MORNING

Adult Classes – Questions Friends Have About Faith
This class explores questions like: How can Christians say there’s only one true faith? Aren’t all religions basically the same? Doesn’t Christianity denigrate women? Isn’t Christianity homophobic? We must point them to the Light who has come into the world.
