Daylight Savings Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday morning when the clocks “fall” back one hour. Most phones, computers and tablets update the time automatically, but the other clocks in your house may not.
TIME TO PICK UP BLESSING BOXES
When you commit to filling a Thanksgiving Blessing Box, your family can help those struggling to prepare and enjoy their own holiday traditions. Pick up your box in the lobby along with the list of specific items to purchase. If you are aware of someone who would benefit from a box, please submit their contact information to the office at office@withamsville.church.
Boxes will be available to take home on Nov. 6, 9, 13, and 16. Filled boxes must be returned no later than Nov. 17.
LIFT MEETS NOV. 11 FOR FUN AND FOOD
All ladies are invited to the Ladies In Fellowship Together lasagna dinner on Friday, Nov. 11, from 5 to 8 p.m. Bring your favorite recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers. We plan to add them to the Blessing Boxes for a personal touch to those who receive them.
LADIES BOOK CLUB MEETS TUESDAY
The Ladies Book Club will meet Tuesday, Nov. 8 at 6 p.m. at Bob Evan’s Eastgate. This month’s book is The Heart Mender by Andy Andrews. The book for next month is by Lynn Austin, The Wishbook Christmas.
PRIME TIMERS MEETING THURSDAY
The Prime Timers meet Thursday, Nov. 10 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. There will be a guest speaker discussing Medicare open enrollment, not selling a particular product, and answering your questions about options.
SUNDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY GROUP
Everyone is welcome to attend the Sunday evening Bible study group that meets at the on Sunday evenings at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. They are currently studying the fruits of the Spirit.

PRAYER REQUESTS
For the Knapp family in the loss of Sara’s mother, Barbara Privett, Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Dennis George Funeral Home on Monday, Nov. 7, with services following at 11:30. The funeral home is at 44 S. Miami Ave., Cleves, OH 45002.

Adult Classes
Building Stronger Marriages – Fellowship Hall
This class will outline God’s full purpose for your marriage and teach skills to equip you to be a godly spouse.
The Patriarchs – Auditorium
God established the nation of Israel through the patriarchs – Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob – whose stories are found in Genesis 12-50. Come grow in your understanding of this important history.
College and Young Adults Class
For this quarter, the college students and young adults will meet in the Fellowship Hall for the Building Stronger Marriages class.
Youth Classes
Jesus Who? Wes Aubrey/Mark Mason – Youth House
For kids in grades 6-8. This class is the first step this year into understanding who Jesus is and why He plays such an important role throughout the Bible and in our lives today.
Wisdom Living James, Christian Thompson/Nathan Daughety – Youth House
For students in grades 9-12. James, the brother of Jesus, writes a letter to the churches throughout the known world. His purpose is to bring out honest, practical, nuggets of wisdom to apply to our everyday lives.
Children’s Classes– Lower-level classrooms, 4-K in the loft
This week’s lesson is Jonah Warned of God’s Judgment and covers the book of Jonah, which demonstrates how we cannot run from God even when we are in the belly of a fish.
WEDNESDAY EVENING
Adults – Mosaic Law, Adam Szabo, teacher
To understand New Testament stories, an understanding of Old Testament stories is essential. On Wednesdays, we will be studying the Mosaic Law and its application to Israelite history, Jesus’s interactions with Jewish leaders, and the trials that the Apostles faced while spreading the Gospel.
Youth – Sermon on the Mount: Living the High Life
Hangout Time at 6 p.m. Class in the Youth House beginning at 7 p.m.
Children – Kid ages 2-4 are in the loft and kids grades k-5 meet at the pavilion for Running Club classes with Sara Faison and Monica Moore.
